Join Jen Moclair at 10:00 AM to NOON on APRIL 2 for a 2 hour workshop that includes a dynamic vinyasa-style yoga practice that links strength building poses needed to run strong and poses that target muscle groups specific to runners to stay injury free. The second half of the workshop moves slower and is geared towards recovery.

Poses aimed at releasing connective tissue in the areas of the body that become tight due to running are held longer. Breath work to enhance running performance is interwoven throughout the workshop.   Open to ALL LEVELS of runners and yoga practitioners (beginners to experienced).
