Running & Yoga Series 9-10:30am on 5/27, 6/3 and 6/10

Join us! This is for the new or experienced runner. Jen will lead a 30 minute run (approx 3 miles) on the East Bay bike path. You can move at a slower (walkers welcome) or a faster pace. Following the run, Jen will guide you through a 45 to 60 minute yoga conditioning program that is designed to minimize injury, speed up recovery, and maximize performance by increasing strength, flexibility and mobility. Each program will have a specific anatomical focus. Attending all three programs in the series is recommended to get the most benefit from the series but is not required. 

Series 2: Late Spring -  5/27, 6/3 and 6/10 (9 - 10:30am)

Series 3: Summer

$55 for the Late Spring Series or $20 Drop In

New Class begins June 3, Sundays at 6PM

In this 75 minute vinyasa flow, we will become aware of the manner our adverse life experiences have manifested in our bodies, minds and spirits. We will notice, challenge, comfort, nurture and forgive through asana and meditation. We will learn about the impacts of life experiences on our pure, loving souls, and find a way through to a more empowered and fulfilled selves.

Minimal physical assists - and only with permission.
