Join us! This is for the new or experienced runner. Jen will lead a 30 minute run (approx 3 miles) on the East Bay bike path. You can move at a slower (walkers welcome) or a faster pace. Following the run, Jen will guide you through a 45 to 60 minute yoga conditioning program that is designed to minimize injury, speed up recovery, and maximize performance by increasing strength, flexibility and mobility. Each program will have a specific anatomical focus. Attending all three programs in the series is recommended to get the most benefit from the series but is not required.
