Live rhythms and soundscapes are a bridge between body and mind. Yoga asana is a practice of yoking body and mind through movement and breath. Together, these two create a pathway to a deeper understanding of yourself. 

Join Beth and Peter for a 75 minute experience of sound & yoga flow.
