What to Know...

 
  • Fridays -  5:30 Hour of Power Community Class w/Alyssa - $5.00     (no cards please)
  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to class.
  • Arrive well hydrated and with a light or empty stomach. 
  • Most classes are 90, 75, or 60 minutes.
  • The room is heated to 90-95 degrees, come prepared to sweat! 
  • In studio payment is cash or check only.
  • We have free parking and a bike rack available.

Need Equipment or Water?

We have rental mats, towels, blocks, and water available, or bring your own.

BASIC VINYASA (90 minutes)

Our entry level class, challenging and flowing with fewer postures than a power vinyasa class. The emphasis is on alignment, breath and the foundational tools of a power yoga practice. 

POWER VINYASA (90 minutes)

Our standard all levels Baptiste flow, to include backbends, arm balances and inversions. We recommend six (6) Basics classes before attending a power vinyasa class.

All LEVELS VINYASA ( 60, 75 or 90 Minutes)

Where Basic and Power meet in the middle. This medium level complete practice will be taught in a way that will allow you to work within your own level of experience.
