Amy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Certified Traumatic Stress Clinician and Registered Yoga Teacher who has spent the past 14 years working with survivors, finding new and innovative ways of treatment and building teams of trauma-informed clinicians. Amy is a specialist in the neurobiology of trauma and treatments that work from the bottom up and help people heal. Amy is trained in a variety of modalities including IFS, EMDR, Narrative therapy, TF-CBT, CFTSI, expressive therapies and sensory motor treatments. She is a consultant, supervisor, trainer and clinician. She has provided trainings, workshops and graduate courses throughout the North East. Amy has found healing and vitality through her yoga and is passionate about speaking her truth in hopes that others might find their paths, too.
